- Payment Deadline
- Please complete payment within 7 days of placing your order. Orders not paid within 7 days will be cancelled.
- Returns, Exchanges and Cancellations
- Returns are not accepted once a work has been shipped. Exchange, or replacement with an equivalent work, is offered only if a work is defective. Cancellations are accepted only within 24 hours of placing an order. For convenience store payments, refunds cannot be made at the store.
- Defective Works
- Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the work. The Company will pay the shipping costs for any exchange.
